Due to the nature of the business and our ability to supply twelve months of the year we require a wide range of skills to be employed within the group.

These include all areas of Operations, from Harvesters to Tractor Drivers, Technical, Finance and Administration.

There are opportunities for both permanent and temporary employment depending on the time of year.

We accept applications speculatively or in response to advertised vacancies.

Intercrop recognises the importance and value of their employees as a key resource to the success of the business.

Intercrop currently employees 50 full time members of staff.  In order to enable the company to operate successfully during peak season, seasonal workers are recruited. The number of seasonal workers varies between 120 and 220 depending on production.
