Intercrop is one of the foremost Salad Growers in Europe, producing crops all year round from sites in the UK and in Spain. Intercrop was formed in 1992 growing a limited range of crops on 100 hectares in the UK. The Company now produces over thirty speciality salad crops on 700 hectares, both in the UK and in Spain, with an annual turnover of Ł10m.
